The Government’s Vision-2030 initiative pegs India to be a $-10 Trillion economy with Next- generation infrastructure of roads, railways, seaports, airports, urban transport, gas and electric transmission and inland waterways. This combined with the Government’s thrust & focus on Make in India initiative will only increase the requirement for Skilled, semi-skilled, un-skilled & Freshers from different areas & domains. And this requirement will be so enormous that the demand for Fresh Talents will be many-fold.
It is with this Vision that the idea of Need Freshers portal was conceived with a three pillar concept.
